A safe, shared ledger for groups that take energy exchange seriously.
Define what's owed, log what's done, and check off what's been received. Strictly within-group, never public, no analytics. Use it for small businesses, start-ups, school projects, households, volunteer teams — anywhere people make commitments to each other.
How it works

Create a group
Pick a shape (hierarchical, flat, or hybrid — a mix of both), who can edit, and whether the plan is fixed or malleable. These three are locked at creation.

Invite members
Generate an invite code. You decide where to share it. We never auto-send anything.
- 3.
Define responsibilities & compensations
By tier, sub-group, or individual. Money, hours, items, favors, other — your choice.
- 4.
Members agree
Every member signs on to their part — with a date, and optionally a signature.
- 5.
Log & acknowledge
Did-the-thing entries unlock compensation; recipients confirm or dispute.
- 6.
Audit, always
Every event is timestamped and signed by its author. Disputes go to the right resolvers — up the pyramid, or to a peer panel.
Pricing
Annual subscription, charged to the group host based on active member count. Members always join free. Cross a tier mid-year? You get 14 days' grace to upgrade. Downward moves credit toward renewal.
